Privacy by design is one of Meridian's founding principles — so it starts here, on our own website.
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no trackers, and requests nothing from third parties. Every font, image, and script is served from this domain. What you read here stays between you and your browser.
Who we are
Meridian Special District (MSD) is a concept and pilot framework for a mandate-led digital district — trusted identity, governed service access, and reviewable evidence. It is initiated and built by the Future Citizen Bureau; institutional sovereignty stays with any adopting government, and the operator is transferable by design.
Everything presented on this site is a concept presentation: names are working names, mechanisms and figures are illustrative, and services open progressively with the pilot per formal announcements. Nothing on this site is an offer, a promise of returns, financial promotion, or a substitute for government-issued identity or company registration.
What happens when you contact us
If you email us at hello@msd.ms, we receive the information you choose to send — your address and your message. We use it solely to respond, we do not add you to any list, and we do not share it with anyone. If you ask us to delete the correspondence, we will.

This site links to the district's member sites and to the story layer. Each is its own site with the same house rules; where any site differs, it says so on its own pages.
